Faqs for New Websites

How much does a Website cost?

Small Business websites can vary greatly but most basic websites can be made under $1,000.00. This includes a 5 page mobile friendly website, (home page, About me, Contact page, and two other pages of choice.) In addition I will supply 5 images. There are many other options available such as ongoing maintenance, hosting, social media, SEO, blogging, etc. that can be added to the project. Also available is education to teach you how to maintain your website, social media, etc. Once all the options are applied and the information needed is provided, half of the payment is due before the design takes place. The remaining balance is due before the site goes live. If ongoing maintenance, social media or blogging are part of the project and are needed on regular basis, payment is expected the month in advance of the delivery of services.

How long does a Website take to Design?

Once all of the information needed is provided, I start building the site. The site can be designed within 4-6 weeks and will go live per your request. Projects are completed on a first come first serve basis. Starting a project does not begin until all requested information is provided. However, changes can be made during and after the web design. A worksheet is provided to help you provide the all the material that will be needed.

 Faqs for Website Redesigns

What should I look for when trying to decide if my site needs a redesign?

  • Is my website mobile friendly?
  • Does my website include SEO?
  • Is my website easy to navigate?
  • Is my website loading quickly?
  • If you are on social media.. do you have links to those platforms?
  • Have you changed some of your services?

How much does is cost for a redesign?

A redesign price is the same as a new website. Changes to an existing website are based on the changes needed to be made and are charged on a per project basis. Just as maintenance prices on a new website are charged in advance of services, so are changes to existing websites. A worksheet is also provided to help you in deciding what changes need to be made to update your website.
